Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging tech trends (Nature/Science indexed)
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic engineering, or AGI alignment

- Security clearance eligibility for government collaborative projects
