Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain a comprehensive 5-year strategic roadmap, identifying key technological milestones and innovation opportunities for the 2026 timeframe.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends, regulatory changes, and market shifts to proactively adjust our strategic direction.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee experimental R&D initiatives, piloting emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) to prepare for their integration.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex technological visions into clear, actionable strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor strategies to identify gaps and opportunities in the market landscape.
- Resource Allocation: Direct budget and resource planning to ensure the successful execution of long-term strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in a technical discipline preferred.
