Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the organization leading up to and through 2026.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, next-generation cloud-native systems.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Edge Computing) to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and forward-thinking.
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards are met across all new initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships for critical technology partnerships.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations or strategic initiatives.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and future tech trends.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or TOGAF are a plus.
