Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- 10+ years experience in emerging tech strategy at Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in quantum computing or neural-symbolic AI integration
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches (3+ major projects)
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act)
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, or similar innovation bodies
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
