- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 18-month implementation horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities across verticals
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with enterprise-scale potential
- Document innovation frameworks and methodologies for organizational scaling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with proven impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA with innovation focus
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Portfolio of successfully implemented future-vision projects with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society) preferred
