Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in product innovation, R&D leadership, or strategic foresight
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI governance
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience developing innovation frameworks for 5-10 year horizons
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
