Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Identify and mitigate disruptive risks through scenario planning and foresight analysis
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Drive patent development and intellectual property portfolio expansion
- Present innovation frameworks at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in launching at least two industry-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFCS, WFS) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Strong data visualization and scenario modeling skills (Python/R required)
