Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends and ethical implications
