Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or futurism roles at tech-forward organizations
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
