Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $100M+ market potential
- Lead DARPA/NIH grant proposals securing $5M+ annually in R&D funding
- Mentor PhD researchers and C-suite executives on paradigm shifts
- Publish quarterly trend briefs cited by MIT Technology Review and Wired
- Oversee commercialization of 3+ patented technologies annually
- Represent company at Davos, SXSW, and UN Innovation Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or Quantum Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG or NASA/IBM Research
- Published peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science (min. 5 citations)
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to market
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI ethics and gene editing
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing platforms
