You'll report directly to the Chief Innovation Officer and collaborate with C-suite executives to shape our 2026 strategic vision.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying emerging trends and disruptive opportunities
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of pilot projects from ideation to market deployment
- Partner with R&D, product, and marketing teams to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Drive adoption of AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech solutions
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to market
- Expertise in future forecasting and trend analysis (2020-2030 horizon)
- Strong background in AI, blockchain, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Demonstrated ability to secure and manage large innovation budgets
