Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to accelerate idea-to-implementation cycles

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching at least three market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to forecast technology adoption curves
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
