Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in ideating, prototyping, and launching disruptive technologies

- Secure and allocate R&D budgets for futuristic initiatives across 3-5 year horizons
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and stakeholders for strategic alignment
- Foster organizational innovation culture through hackathons, incubators, and knowledge sharing
- Partner with academia and industry consortia to shape future standards and ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or Innovation Management; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching 5+ successful future-focused products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and technology assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CII) or futurism (e.g., WFS)
