Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable tech convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Incubator' teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic labs and government initiatives for 2026 technology adoption
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members securing $10M+ annual budgets

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures planning with documented 5-year+ impact
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully implemented 5-year+ innovation frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro-interfaces
- Proven ability to secure $5M+ budgets for speculative innovation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier tech publications
- Fluency in at least two future-speculation methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
