Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI, biotechnology integration, and sustainable tech
- Identify emerging market opportunities through trend analysis and competitive intelligence
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation strategies
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in agile environments
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for futuristic technologies
- Portfolio of successfully launched products/technologies with $50M+ impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute of the Future)
