- Drive R&D initiatives for next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Present futuristic technology frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in emerging technology ethics
- Monitor geopolitical tech trends and adapt innovation strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic planning roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or platforms
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with agile methodologies for long-term horizon planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong portfolio of innovation initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Future Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
