- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through compelling ROI projections
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Mentor 15+ engineers and designers in future-focused methodologies
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering 3+ industry-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, AR/VR, quantum computing
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Technology/Strategy
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Certified in Agile/Scrum methodologies with PMP or equivalent
