Responsibilities
- Lead strategic innovation initiatives for 2026, aligning R&D with market trends and business objectives
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define long-term technology roadmaps and investment priorities
- Drive cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and product specialists to deliver prototype solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential for our industry
- Present innovation frameworks and progress to stakeholders and investors
- Maintain competitive intelligence through industry analysis and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology innovation or R&D leadership, with proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or advanced robotics
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ technical professionals
- Strong background in translating complex scientific concepts into commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to anticipate future market shifts
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technology domains
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Stage-Gate, Lean Startup)
