Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, AI ethics frameworks, carbon-neutral tech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and emerging tech startups
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget with quarterly ROI optimization
- Author thought leadership publications on technological disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with proven 2025+ technology foresight
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech initiatives
