Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and articulate the long-term innovation strategy for the company, specifically focusing on the 2026 vision and beyond.
- Roadmap Development: Create detailed technology and product roadmaps that align with business objectives and market trends.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for disruption.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate high-level strategy into executable projects.
- Prototyping & Validation: Spearhead R&D initiatives, overseeing the prototyping and validation of new concepts to ensure feasibility.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key partners, startups, and research institutions to fuel innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or innovation roles within a tech-driven organization.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives that resulted in significant business growth.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and Web3, with a specific focus on their application in 2026.
