Responsibilities

- Drive innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions
- Translate technical capabilities into commercial applications
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and investors
- Mentor technical talent in emerging domains
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two 2026-adjacent domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercial tech products
- Strong background in agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Experience with patent development and IP strategy
- Excellent stakeholder management across technical and business domains
