Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) with a focus on 2026 readiness.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Software Engineering.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience creating detailed roadmaps and strategic plans.
