Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics, climate tech, and neurotech
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future-focused frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Curate quarterly 'Future Horizons' symposiums for industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on 2030+ technology implications
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption modeling frameworks
- Track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, biocomputing)
- Strong network within DARPA, NASA, or equivalent innovation ecosystems
