Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum AI, biometric interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in building 2026-focused prototypes using emerging tech stacks
- Conduct scenario planning for societal shifts impacting tech adoption (e.g., climate adaptation)
- Develop patentable frameworks for hyper-personalized user experiences
- Collaborate with futurists to forecast industry disruption vectors
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging technology ethics
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching future-facing tech (quantum/AI/AR/VR)
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and sustainable design principles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on tech's societal impact (2025-2030)
- Proficiency in Figma, Unity, and Python for prototyping
