Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or R&D with 5+ in future-focused roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Social Sciences preferred
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight required
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investors
- Portfolio of 3+ innovation projects with measurable impact
