Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotechnology, and climate tech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to map disruptive market shifts
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year transformation potential
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future workforce automation and ethical AI
- Manage cross-functional teams of futurists, engineers, and design thinkers
- Present strategic recommendations to boards of directors and venture capital partners
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation strategy
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for complex systems
