Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Strong data analytics and modeling skills for trend forecasting
- Certification in innovation management or foresight methodologies
