Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, decentralized systems) and assess commercial viability
- Architect future product roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with R&D to translate theoretical innovations into scalable prototypes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for innovation projects and track ROI for future-tech investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching next-gen products in tech or biotech
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption scenarios
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (2026+ focus)
