Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with long-term business objectives
- Build cross-functional prototypes for future-state solutions
- Author white papers on emerging market opportunities
- Manage innovation incubator programs for high-impact projects
- Represent company at global future-tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or tech foresight roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Innovation Management, Engineering, or MBA
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
- Experience with scenario planning and trend extrapolation
- Strong stakeholder management across global teams
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent
