- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and board members securing $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Monitor global tech disruptions and competitive intelligence to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Executive experience scaling technology teams to 500+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
