Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in ideating, prototyping, and launching next-gen products/services
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives, measuring ROI and impact
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in and resources for strategic initiatives
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or related leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching successful products/services with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills with executive presence
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP) a plus
