As a key member of our Future Horizons team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global thought leaders to translate emerging trends into strategic blueprints. You'll leverage our proprietary foresight framework to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate existential risks across our portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech convergence)
- Author quarterly Future Briefs for executive board on emerging technology impacts
- Curate global ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Quantify market potential of nascent technologies using predictive modeling
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in innovation strategy at tech-forward organizations
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year vision
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCF or similar)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell Two Scenarios)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology impact predictions
