Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with quantified ROI projections for enterprise clients
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align on future-state capabilities
- Author white papers and thought leadership on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry partnerships
- Manage innovation portfolio with P&L responsibility for future-facing initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or future-focused consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Experience managing $1M+ innovation budgets
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state transformations
