As a key member of our Futurist Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to translate emerging trends into actionable roadmaps. Your work will directly influence product development, market positioning, and long-term corporate strategy for Fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation solutions
- Conduct market simulations and scenario planning for 2026 business environments
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging technology applications
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and client boards
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners and thought leaders
- Monitor global innovation indicators and competitive disruption vectors
Qualifications
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bioinformatics)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futurism
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Demonstrated success leading high-impact innovation initiatives
- Strong network with global innovation communities and research institutions
