Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmap and market disruption initiatives
- Architect cross-functional innovation frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify future market opportunities
- Develop and execute proof-of-concepts for next-generation business models
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision
- Mentor innovation teams and cultivate a culture of calculated risk-taking
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist roles
- Proven track record leading technology transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies preferred
