Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmap by synthesizing quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence trends
- Lead moonshot projects targeting $1B+ market opportunities in sustainable tech
- Partner with C-suite to align R&D investments with 10-year strategic vision
- Establish global innovation ecosystems through academic-industry collaborations
- Develop patent strategies for next-gen technologies with 200+ IP filings target
- Mentor talent pipeline in emerging fields like synthetic biology and neuromorphic computing
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale experience
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products (3+ examples)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, climate tech, or neurotech
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with peer-reviewed publications
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies with 10+ horizon scanning projects
- Portfolio of patents or scalable innovations with $50M+ revenue impact
- Global network of innovation partners across academia and industry
