Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning initiatives for 2026, identifying emerging tech trends and market shifts
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis across global innovation ecosystems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Measure and report on innovation KPIs and strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data analysis and predictive modeling capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP preferred)
