Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify emerging market disruptions and competitive threats
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic briefings for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with academic research institutions and venture capital networks
- Design and deploy AI-driven horizon scanning systems to track exponential technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies and agile innovation
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in innovation strategy, product development, or consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD, CFS) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis) and AI trend analysis platforms
