- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and ROI tracking through 2026 milestones
- Present future scenarios to executive board using data-driven storytelling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT) and adoption frameworks
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) preferred
