As a key member of our R&D leadership team, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates and Silicon Valley pioneers to pioneer proprietary methodologies for exponential innovation. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with UN SDGs
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-AI convergence and bio-digital interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and other future-focused institutions
- Manage a $15M portfolio of moonshot projects with 18-month delivery cycles
- Design proprietary innovation frameworks using predictive analytics and foresight methodologies
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and innovation engineers
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Innovation, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in exponential technology trends (Nature/Science-indexed)
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI alignment, or climate-tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced certification in Foresight Methodology (AFIA or WFS-accredited)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
