Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify 2026 market opportunities
- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic objectives
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align leadership on future technology adoption priorities
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive market shifts and regulatory changes
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive board and investor committees
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify strategic partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in corporate strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their market implications
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data visualization proficiency
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
