- Identify and commercialize emerging tech patents with $10M+ market potential
- Manage cross-functional R&D teams of 15+ specialists across physics, AI, and materials science
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants from federal and private sources
- Develop market entry strategies for breakthrough technologies with 18-month commercialization cycles
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Biotechnology, or AI with 5+ years industry R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies with $5M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Active patents in quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, or sustainable AI
