Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps for 2026
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, AGI) and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Develop patentable strategies in sustainability and human augmentation
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships and funding
- Present to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Monitor KPIs for adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in corporate innovation or strategy consulting
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or white papers
- Proficiency in Python, R, and AI-driven analytics platforms
- Fluency in at least two major global markets (Asia/EU)
