Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Analyze market disruption vectors and competitive technology landscapes
- Design scalable frameworks for sustainable tech adoption in enterprise environments
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments in forward-looking R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption modeling
- Portfolio of successfully implemented 3+ year innovation roadmaps
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems
