- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and incubate disruptive startups in emerging markets
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-centric technology adoption
- Present future-vision whitepapers to industry consortiums and regulatory bodies
- Mentor innovation fellows in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning with proven impact on product roadmaps or market transformation
- Expertise in emerging technologies: Generative AI, quantum applications, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
