Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing pilot programs for 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Present future impact analyses to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against long-term vision
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Proven track record of launching successful innovation initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or equivalent innovation framework
- Experience with emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
