Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and futurists
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech adoption patterns
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and scenario planning
- Manage innovation budgets exceeding $2M annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or consulting
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains: quantum, AI ethics, neurotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Futures Studies
- Published research in peer-reviewed innovation or foresight journals
- Experience presenting at global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major technology commercialization successes
