Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop error-correction protocols and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum algorithms into scalable implementations
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Research emerging qubit technologies (topological, photonic, etc.) for commercial deployment
- Contribute to quantum-computing-as-a-service (QCaaS) platform architecture
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to executive stakeholders and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on quantum error correction or qubit design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation tools
- Experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Deep understanding of quantum advantage applications in cryptography, optimization, and AI
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
