Responsibilities

- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in quantum physics and software engineering

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum hardware or algorithm design
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
- Experience with cryogenic control systems and microwave engineering
- Deep understanding of quantum advantage benchmarks
