Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead development of quantum error correction protocols for industrial deployment
- Collaborate with AI researchers to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop quantum security frameworks for next-generation communications
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum supremacy in commercial applications
- Mentor quantum engineering teams on cutting-edge hardware innovations
- Partner with academic institutions to advance quantum research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development or hardware architecture
- Deep expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong publication record in quantum computing (Nature/Science preferred)
- Experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex R&D projects
